Rodrigo A. Albarran-Torres
Born in Mexico City, Mexico, Chef Rodrigo Albarran is the owner of two Maryland-based R&R Taqueria restaurants. With over 15 years of experience in the foodservice business (plus a stint as a commercial pilot), Chef Albarran specializes in authentic, freshly-made Mexican dishes, created with the help of Hatfield bacon and pork butt as ingredients. He must be doing something right: not only have he and his restaurant been featured in The Best of Baltimore's Authentic Mexican Food by The Destination Guide, the R&R Taqueria episode of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on the Food Network Channel just aired in February, 2012.
